| Tuesday, June 1st, 2004 Leaving Ethiopia My flight to Tanzania was scheduled to depart in the early afternoon and I took a taxi to the airport at noon. It was kind of sad to say good-bye to the guys but hey, that’s what travelling is all about, isn’t it? I flew via Nairobi, so similar to the touchdown in Sudan, I could almost claim I’ve been in Kenya, too... too bad that I actually got the visa in Addis and didn’t even need it in the end – 50 bucks thrown away! Anyway, it was time to say “Good-bye Ethiopia!” |
