And whereas the view towards the Atlantic Ocean is interesting and beautiful, the flat green grassland is what you see when you turn around : Voilà, Patagonian landscape...
In a tiny village called Puerto Pirámide I went on a boat ride to get a little closer to some sea lions we saw earlier; as you can tell by the pictures, it was worth it.
At the end of the boat ride, we were allowed to go snorkelling and to swim with the seals. Swimming with seals is possible on Helgoland too, so I was perhaps less excited about the seals but the happier because it felt like home!
